Judicial temperament
Quote:

describes a judge's general attitude toward the law, litigants and other judges. According to the American Bar Association, judicial temperament means that a judge exhibits "compassion, decisiveness, open-mindedness, sensitivity, courtesy, patience, freedom from bias and commitment to equal justice.”

I’m not surprised that this story came out Sanford, Florida, you know the place that gave us George Zimmerman, or that Judge Jerri Collins was appointed by Jeb Bush. I don’t think this judge should remain on the bench. Impeachment, however, is a difficult process. At the very least, Judge Collins should be reprimanded by the American Bar Association.

There is a video of almost six minutes in this link.
