Cheapest way to get all of MGS5

So I want to get MGS5, both Ground Zeroes and The Phantom Pain, but I don't really want to pay too much. Is there a version of Phantom Pain that includes Ground Zeroes? Do I even need Ground Zeroes to understand the story?
