U.S. official statements seem to be grave and apologetic while taking on the we-don't-know-what-happened-yet-but-we'll-leave-no-stone-unturned vibe as hard as they can. The UN and Doctors Without Borders (MSF) statements have been much more condemning.
Reading the MSF statement above, it reads like the hospital was targeted. I don't understand how such a thing happens in error. I feel sick.
