Just wondering about using quotes for epigraphs and they legality around that. There's a few lines from All Along the Watchtower I'd like to use, but I'm not sure if I need to seek permission. Would I need to ask Bob Dylan's estate? (assuming he still owns the thing). I'm gonna be self publishing it, if that makes a difference.
