Stories Are About People, But I Don't Know Enough. I Worry About Writing For Others Who Can Clearly

dimanche 23 août 2015

I recently sat down to reevaluate what I desire to accomplish by pursuing the art of writing and realized that I desired to, if only in a small way, produce work that means something. I lived a very sheltered life and have not really been around the block as some would say and I wonder if that will automatically limit my audience.

I am concerned about dealing with people who do not show an interest in my work but nontheless, feel the need to critique it based on hearsay. Apart from reading widely, how could I come to learn about each and everyone of you here, or the wide world in general, in respectful ways, and about what makes you so good as you are at what you do, and the colorful lives that you have lived?

Once again, I limit my question to respectful non-invasive information that educates me about my fellow-woman and man.
