Requerying an agent

Hey guys, I'm looking for some advice. I just started querying again. Hooray! So, a couple years back, I started querying for this same project. I submitted to ten or so agents and I wasn't having much luck. I did get some personalized feedback on my opening pages though, because the agent really liked the concept. Anyway, after revising my opening pages, I made a discovery that resulted in a complete rewrite of the book.

Would I be safe to requery the agents that turned it down in 2013 with my new, rewritten project? Or should I just move on?
