I am finally starting again - writing my first novel, hopefully for the last time.
For those of you who don't know I've been writing long fiction - novels, scripts, long short stories, plays since 1995.
I even finished one and it won a mentorship in 2012.
I have decided for various reasons to begin again.
I actually really detest what I go through emotionally when I start writing a novel - yes it's fun and exciting but it's also overwhelming and depressing.
I much prefer finishing a novel to beginning one.
So what do we think?
Do we love starting something new, or finally finishing that old writing project?
Also what do you do when you feel this way?
Why am I starting again? Because I have a project which I think I can sell, but I haven't written it.
As opposed to the stuff I've written and can't sell.
