Problem: Quotes, Caps or Italics?

Hi, guys. The below sentences appear on a flyer that the MC is reading silently to herself before she knocks on the door of the house. It's her first assignments as a Dream catcher-buster and she's nervous about the client. This appears on the very first page of the manuscript, and I sure wouldn't want to make a blunder here!

Would this flyer have Caps, Italics (or even cap Italics) or quotation marks? I have it in caps right now. Is that inappropriate? I know about song lyrics--italics. But this is her reading off a flyer to herself.

The flyer read:

DOES YOUR DREAM CATCHER GIVE OFF A FOUL ODOR?

HAS IT MOVED POSITION SINCE INSTALLATION?
DOES IT, OR HAS IT LEAKED ANY TYPE OF FOREIGN SUBSTANCE?
DO YOU FEEL AFRAID UNDER ITS PROTECTION?
DOES IT MAKE ODD NOISES?
IF THE ANSWERS TO ANY OF THESE QUESTIONS ARE
“YES” THEN YOU MIGHT HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM ON YOUR
