Hi, I'm having a helluva time figuring out how to punctuate the title of the company in the following bit of narrative:
He opened the folded papers and scanned the etched heading for the company name. Northern York Railway was scrawled across the top, with the number of shares listed below.
Is it fine like that or do I have to put quotation marks around it like this:

Or should it be italicized? Ahhhhhh!
