Ummm... it is kinda hands-on, right? So My very short front-loader Beko machine's drain hose peed on the neighbor downstairs and I bought a longer hose to funnel through where it belongs. Now I can't seem to figure out how to get the old hose out. There's a button and what looks like it needs to be turned to unlock but I can't seem to turn it. Any help?
