Hello everyone,
I've been kicking around an idea and was hoping some Scifi fans might be able to help me. Have there been any science-fiction novels where humanity is clustered only in port cities and that the interior of the continents has become desolate and uninhabitable? Is there any logical basis that this future might happen? A nuclear war would almost certainly destroy the cities on the coast and climate change would bury them underwater.
Any thoughts would be of help. Thanks!
