I need help.
I haven't used my iPad in almost four months because it's disabled and when I follow the instructions to unlock it, it takes me right back to square one.
iTunes asks me to download some updates and when I download them, nothing happens and the iPad is still disabled. I don't know what to do. Can someone help? I was told a technician charges $80 to fix this problem.
